Guarantees

  1. The guarantees we provide ensure that our windows and doors will last for many years.
  2. Signing a sale contract is equal to accepting guarantee conditions.
  3. The guarantees cover all wooden windows and doors listed in the sale contract and delivered to the Client and for which the Company has received full compensation.
  4. Until the compensation is paid the Company reserves the right to all delivered products.
  5. The guarantee period starts with the commissioning of the order and is valid provided all costs of the order are covered.
  6. Guarantee period:
    3-year window construction guarantee
    5-year glass jointing guarantee
    5-year window hardware guarantee
    3-year paint coating guarantee
    2-year varnish guarantee
